2. Website delivery and server logs

This is a statically generated website hosted by Alfahosting. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical log information such as the IP address, access time, requested resource, transferred data volume, referrer, browser, operating system and HTTP status. This processing supports secure and stable delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log information is retained only for as long as required for these purposes, IT security or the establishment and defence of legal claims.

3. Contact by email or telephone

The website does not contain a contact form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information is deleted when the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

4. Applications by email

If you apply by email, we process the contact details, CV and application information you provide in order to conduct the recruitment process and decide whether to establish an employment relationship. The legal basis is Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Further processing may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where this is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Access is limited to people involved in selection and recruitment and to necessary email and IT service providers. No applicant portal is used. Information relating to unsuccessful applications is generally deleted no later than six months after the recruitment process has ended, unless statutory duties, legal claims or separate consent justify longer retention. Please send only documents relevant to your application.

5. Language preference

The website may store your selected language locally in your browser under the keytmc-locale. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to TM-Connect. You can remove it through your browser settings.

6. Services not used

The current website does not use analytics or marketing tracking, embedded maps, videos, social-media plugins, externally loaded fonts, CRM web tracking, non-essential cookies or a contact form.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
